Landscape Designer

Key Responsibilities:

- **Design and Planning**:

- Develop creative and practical landscape designs that meet clients' needs and preferences.
- Prepare detailed plans, drawings, and specifications using CAD software and hand-drawn techniques.
- Conduct site analysis, including assessing soil, climate, and existing vegetation.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Meet with clients to discuss their vision, requirements, and budget.
- Present design proposals and provide expert advice on materials, plants, and construction techniques.
- **Project Management**:

- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful implementation of landscape projects.
- Oversee the installation process, ensuring adherence to design plans and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
- **Sustainability and Innovation**:

- Incorporate sustainable practices and environmentally friendly materials into landscape designs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape design or a related role.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) and other design tools.
- Strong knowledge of plant species, horticultural practices, and construction techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Professional licensure or certification in landscape architecture.
- Experience with sustainable design and native plant species.
- Portfolio showcasing a range of completed projects.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Landscape Design: 3 years (preferred)
