- This position is responsible for supporting the Company’s drilling projects by providing various manual tasks using hand and power tools.
- ** Essential functions**
- Pipe handling consists of loading unloading. o Stacking & aligning of pipe. o Arranging pipe for inspection rack & inspection bay. o Packing and palletizing the ready material for delivery. o Segregating of materials as in coming and ,in processing ,final inspection. o Cleaning the treads, installation of thread protectors. o Other shop floor jobs as when required. o Ensure that personal behaviors and work practices are in line with Company safety standards. o Responsible for safety of self and others in the vicinity to include, but not limited to, employees, vendors and guests. o Provide visible leadership engagement, be aware of housekeeping and take additional safety precautions to ensure no one is put at risk. o not take short cuts or unnecessary risks and actively work with others to ensure they take due care and do not put themselves or others at risk. o Ensure all incidents are reported and appropriately investigated in accordance with Company procedure.
