We are a fast-growing, dynamic company seeking an **IT and Operational Project Manager** to join our team. This role requires someone skilled in both IT system management and project management, with a strong focus on ensuring the company has the right tools and systems in place to support growth and operational efficiency.

As the **IT and Operational Project Manager**, you will be responsible for managing all corporate tools, ensuring they meet the needs of the business, and providing technical support to optimize workflows. Additionally, you will lead and execute cross-functional projects that drive innovation and efficiency across the organization. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dual-role environment, combining technical expertise with strategic project management.

**Main Responsibilities**:
**IT and Corporate Tools Management**
- Take ownership of all corporate tools and software systems, ensuring they meet business needs and are efficiently utilized.
- Evaluate, implement, and manage corporate tools to support operational requirements and scalability.
- Oversee system usage, storage, and file sharing, ensuring compliance with security and operational policies.
- Manage user accounts, group memberships, and access permissions to ensure security and efficiency.
- Maintain and troubleshoot corporate devices, ensuring seamless operations for all employees.
- Manage IT-related onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setups and system access.
- Ensure our websites (e.g., WordPress) are up-to-date, and functioning optimally.

**Project Management**
- Lead cross-departmental projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Identify project requirements, establish goals, and allocate resources effectively.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to identify and implement process improvements.
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams to ensure clear communication and smooth execution of initiatives.
- Track project progress, address risks, and prepare regular updates for stakeholders.

**Qualifications and Experience**

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2+ years in IT system management and project management, or related roles

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in managing corporate tools, IT security systems, and troubleshooting devices.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana or similar platforms).
- Familiarity with website administration (e.g., WordPress) and basic troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace and other cloud-based business tools.

**Project Management Skills**:

- Strong ability to plan, execute, and manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Experience in stakeholder management, resource allocation, and meeting deadlines.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments and document workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address technical and operational challenges.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
