- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso, pour-over, and specialty drinks.
- Consistently follow recipes and techniques to maintain the highest standards of coffee quality.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, answering questions and making recommendations based on their preferences.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee preparation area, equipment, and dining space.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold a positive and efficient work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a professional barista in a specialty coffee setting.
- Strong knowledge of different coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
