Are you a talented and experienced **Product Manager?**
As a **Product Manager for Payments and Collections**, you will oversee the development and enhancement of our payment and collection solutions. You are excited to optimize the payment process, improve collection efficiency, and ensure a seamless and secure payment experience for our customers. You are good at working in cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Customer Support, to develop and implement effective payment and collection strategies.
**You will**:
- Develop and execute the product roadmap for our payment and collection solutions, aligning with the company's overall strategy and goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and prioritize features based on customer needs and business objectives.
- Work closely with Engineering teams to design and deliver innovative payment and collection solutions that meet industry standards and compliance requirements.
- Drive the integration of various payment gateways, processors, and collection platforms into our systems.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to payment processing, collection efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose strategies to optimize the payment and collection processes, reduce fraud risks, and enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of payments and collection activities.
- Stay informed about relevant regulations and compliance requirements related to payments and collections and ensure our products adhere to them.
- Provide guidance and support to clients and internal finance team regarding payment and collection-related inquiries and issues.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in payment and collection technologies.
**You have**:
- ** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus**:
- ** 4+ years of experience in product management, specifically in payment and collection solutions**:
- ** Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders on a global team**:
- ** Strong understanding of payment industry trends, technologies, and best practices**:
- ** Familiarity with various payment methods, gateways, processors, and collection platforms**:
- ** Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Customer Support**:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to payments and collections
