IT Generalist

**Key responsibilities**
- Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware systems including computers, servers, monitors, printers and network devices.
- Management and monitoring of cloud-based systems, ensuring their reliability and security.
- Providing technical support to staff for both hardware and software issues.
- Collaborating with IT team members on various projects, including system upgrades and deployments.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Knowledge of hardware components, networks & Wifi, cloud-based systems, printers, monitors, security cameras & access control, and preferred basic coding experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Salary**: From AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
