**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for executing and completing the assigned tasks, deliveries etc., within the scheduled time with excellent level of customer service and accuracy.
- Always maintain the vehicle clean both inside and outside and at all times use a hygienic vehicle for deliveries as per standards.
- Work as a team and help each other to complete the assigned tasks and create the team spirit.
- Follow the procedures and standards of the customer if any, during deliveries and handle all documents carefully and accurately.
- Strictly follow ISO 9001:2008 and HACCP procedures while performing your duties since Mohebi logistics is certified by the standardization authority.
- Maintain a healthy relationship with the supervisors and colleagues. Follow the instructions from the supervisors and be disciplined at all the times.
- Report any unusual matters noticed during duty without any delay.
- Ensure the confidentiality of the company matters at all time
- To check & ensure the goods are loaded properly
- To carryout deliveries as and when required and to defined timings.
- To ensure vehicle is maintained properly and complaints, if any, are reported immediately to the Supervisor

- Report damages, excess / shortages if any, during delivery
- To assist in the checking and unloading of goods
- To complete all documentation, both accurately and to the agreed time.
- To handle customer complaints in a pleasant and non-confrontational manner and in the agreed method and raise non-conformances were necessary.
- To always be presentable and wear the appropriate uniform.
- Follow health & Safety instructions.
- Pallet & equipment control.
- Co-ordinate with Admin for the speedy dispatch of the goods and documents
- Complete the route sheets with all relevant information and hand it over to the Supervisor towards end of each shift.
- Skills and attributes for success
- Good attendance and attitude.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
- Must be dependable and reliable.
- Must listen and respect the supervisors.
- Ability to follow established procedures, practices and read instruction, blue prints etc.
- A strong commitment to all health and safety guidelines.
- Very good physical strength and stamina.

**To qualify for the Role, you must have**
- At least 3 years of experience in the relevant field directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
- Able to speak, write and read basic English.

Ideally, you’ll also have
- Basic communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
