As a Sales Executive, you'll be at the forefront of developing and managing a Profit and Loss (P+L) portfolio within the MENA region, focusing on chemical fibers such **as polyester staple fiber, viscose staple fiber, spunlace** **fabrics, polyester yarns, fibreglass roving, and PET chips**. This role demands an independent specialist with extensive market knowledge, overseeing logistics operations, including vessel booking, tracking, local customs clearance, warehousing procedures management, and local distribution.. Your responsibilities also include developing and executing a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy, building a strong distribution network, leading a high-performing sales team, and positioning the brand effectively in the competitive UAE market. Fluency in English is a must, spoken Arabic will be an advantage. Requires having his/her own **valid UAE Residency visa** and available to join immediately.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Market Research and Analysis**:

- Continuously monitor MENA market trends, supply and demand dynamics, pricing fluctuations, and regulatory changes in chemical fibers and related têxtile products.
- Analyze industry developments, macroeconomic factors, and competitor activities to identify trading opportunities.

**Deal Sourcing and Negotiation**:

- Independently source and evaluate potential trading opportunities, negotiate favorable terms, and build strong collaborations with suppliers, buyers, and industry partners.

**Trade Execution**:

- Oversee end-to-end trade execution, including procurement, logistics coordination, quality control, and timely delivery.
- Supervise vessel booking and tracking for timely deliveries.

**Logistics Oversight**:

- Suggest cost-effective logistics solutions, manage vessel booking, tracking, local customs clearance procedures, and warehousing operations.
- Efficiently handle local logistics and distribution to meet customer requirements.

**Risk Management**:

- Collaborate with the finance team to collect necessary customer information for credit evaluations.
- Ensure timely funds collection with customer OA credit terms.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate market and operational risks.

**P+L Management**:

- Develop and manage a portfolio to achieve revenue and profit targets.
- Analyze and report on the financial performance, identifying opportunities to optimize P+L through strategic trading decisions.

**Market Expansion**:

- Identify opportunities to expand market presence and customer base in the MENA region.
- Explore new product offerings and diversify the portfolio.

**Team Development**:

- Assess the potential need for junior team members based on sales growth and business requirements.
- Mentor and guide junior traders if their addition is justified.

**Skills Required**:

- In-depth knowledge of MENA chemical fibers and têxtile markets, with strong industry relationships.
- Proficiency in market dynamics, pricing trends, and competitive landscape.
- Proven track record in chemical fiber trading, negotiation, and risk management.
- Familiarity with vessel booking tracking, customs clearance, and warehousing procedures.
- Expertise in local logistics and distribution.
- Solid financial analysis skills for effective P+L management.
- Understanding of trade finance, credit risk, and financial instruments.
- Ability to work independently, proactively identify trading opportunities, and manage risk effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic trading environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 7-10 years in chemical fiber trading, including logistics oversight, with a focus on the MENA region.
- Proven ability to expand market presence, grow trading volumes, and manage suppliers in Asia and India.

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
