Key Responsibilities:
**A. Patient Care**:

- Conduct routine dental examinations to assess oral health.
- Diagnose and treat various dental conditions and diseases.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
- Perform dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canals.
- Provide guidance on preventive oral care and hygiene practices.

**B. Treatment Planning**:

- Work with patients to develop personalized treatment plans based on their oral health needs and goals.
- Clearly communicate treatment options, procedures, and associated costs to patients.
- Collaborate with specialists for complex cases or referrals.

**C. Restorative Dentistry**:

- Perform restorative procedures, including the placement of onlays, crowns and bridges.
- Address issues related to missing or damaged teeth.

**D. Preventive Care**:

- Promote preventive dental care through patient education and regular check-ups.
- Recommend and administer fluoride treatments and dental sealants as needed.

**E. Orthodontic Assessments**:

- Evaluate and assess the need for orthodontic treatment.
- Refer patients to orthodontic specialists.

**F. Periodontal Care, Endodontic and Cosmetic Treatments**
- Diagnose and treat gum diseases and conditions.
- Perform scaling and root planing procedures.
- Perform Root Canal Treatment
- Perform Cosmetic Treatments like veneers, whitening, Hollywood Smile

**G. Patient Education**:

- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
- Discuss the importance of regular dental check-ups and follow-up appointments.

**H. Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans and progress notes.
- Ensure compliance with record-keeping regulations.

**I. Infection Control**:

- Adhere to strict infection control protocols to maintain a safe and sanitary dental environment.
- Ensure that the dental team follows proper sterilization procedures.

**J. Continuing Education**:

- Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuing education.
- Attend workshops, seminars, and conferences to enhance professional knowledge and skills.

**K. Communication and Collaboration**:

- Communicate effectively with patients to address concerns and answer questions.
- Collaborate with dental assistants, technicians, and administrative staff to ensure efficient practice operations.

Qualifications:

- DHA license eligibility
- Attested diploma/degree certificate.
- Degree in Dentistry from an accredited institution.
- 3+ years of Proven experience in general dentistry.
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
