**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in finding products or navigating the store layout.
- Provide product information, answer customer questions, and offer recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash registers.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a courteous and professional manner, escalating issues to management as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and tidying up the checkout area.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with receiving, stocking, and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor.
- Assist with visual merchandising and promotional activities, ensuring that displays are visually appealing and effectively promote featured products and promotions.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales, returns, exchanges, and store operations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets, meet customer service goals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform other retail duties and tasks as assigned by store management.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Customer service-oriented mindset, with the ability to interact positively with customers and provide assistance as needed.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in operating cash registers and POS systems.
