**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Language Instruction:

- Conduct engaging and interactive Arabic language classes for learners of various proficiency levels.
- Create lesson plans that cater to the needs and interests of the students.
- Communication Skills:

- Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students.
- Cultural Exchange:

- Share insights into Arabic culture, traditions, and language nuances to provide a holistic learning experience.
- Technical Proficiency:

- Utilize excellent technical skills for virtual teaching platforms, with a particular emphasis on Zoom. Proficiency with other educational platforms such as Kahoot is a plus.
- Proficient in typing in both English and Arabic.
- Ensure smooth and effective virtual lessons, troubleshooting technical issues as needed.
- Adaptability:

- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and preferences.
- Flexibility to adjust to the evolving needs of the virtual learning environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Language Proficiency:

- Native or near-native proficiency in both English and Arabic.
- Personality:

- Outgoing and engaging personality, with a passion for sharing language and culture.
- Age Range:

- Technical Skills:

- Excellent technical skills for virtual teaching platforms, especially Zoom.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic typing.
- Soft Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Education:

- While a teaching background is not required, a bachelor's degree in Education, Arabic, linguistics, or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in a third or fourth language is a huge plus.
