**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategy Development**:Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.

**Team Management**:Recruit, train, and supervise a team of sales and marketing professionals.
Set clear performance goals, provide coaching, and conduct performance evaluations.

**Sales Management**:Lead the sales team in prospecting, lead generation, and conversion activities.
Monitor sales metrics, pipeline, and revenue targets, making necessary adjustments to achieve objectives.

**Marketing Campaigns**:Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
Develop compelling marketing materials and content to engage target audiences.

**Client and Partner Relations**:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Identify and pursue opportunities for collaboration and business development.

**Budget Management**:Manage the sales and marketing budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated optimally.

**Data Analysis**:Utilize data and analytics to assess campaign performance and customer behavior, making data-driven decisions.
Continuously refine strategies based on insights and market feedback.

**Market Research**:Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and customer preferences.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.

**Reporting**:Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing performance for senior management.
Present findings, strategies, and recommendations to key stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics software.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and industry trends.

**Experience Level**:Typically, this role requires several years of experience in both sales and marketing, with previous experience in a managerial or leadership role.

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
