Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the overall operations of the workers' camp and kitchen facilities, including the supervision of staff, budget management, inventory control, and facility maintenance.
- Ensure that the camp and kitchen facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained in compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Supervise the preparation and serving of meals to workers, ensuring that meals are prepared on time and are of high quality.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, food orders, and equipment maintenance.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure that the camp and kitchen facilities are meeting the needs of workers.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure that the camp and kitchen facilities are adequately stocked with food, supplies, and equipment.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the camp and kitchen operations.
- Monitor and manage staff performance, including training, scheduling, and disciplinary actions.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
