Responsibilities: - Deliver exceptional Japanese massage therapies, including but not limited to Shiatsu, Anma, and other traditional techniques. - Supervise and mentor a team of massage therapists to ensure the highest standards of service. - Develop personalized treatment plans based on clients’ individual needs and health goals. - Maintain a serene and professional spa environment, ensuring client satisfaction at every step. - Stay updated on best practices and techniques in traditional Japanese and modern massage therapies. - Assist with training and development programs for junior therapists. Requirements: - Proven experience as a professional masseur, specializing in Japanese massage techniques. - Certification in traditional Japanese massage (e.g., Shiatsu, Anma) or equivalent qualifications. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - A passion for wellness and a dedication to delivering a world-class client experience. - Knowledge of spa hygiene and safety standards.
