As a Female Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service and driving sales in our retail store. Your ability to communicate effectively in Arabic will help us better serve our diverse customer base. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, assisting customers with their needs, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide personalized assistance to Arabic-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to offer expert advice and recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked, following company merchandising standards.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
- Stay up-to-date with current promotions, sales, and store policies.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and product placement.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in Arabic (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
