**Responsibilities**:
**Typing and Document Preparation**:

- Prepare and type various business-related documents, including legal agreements, contracts, memoranda, and other business correspondence.
- Ensure accuracy and adherence to formatting and legal requirements in all typed documents

**Document Review and Verification**
- Review and verify the accuracy of the information in documents before finalization
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in documentation

**Government Liaison**
- Facilitate the submission of documents to government authorities for business registration and licensing
- Stay updated on the latest government regulations and procedures related to business setup

**Data Entry**
- Enter and maintain accurate data in databases and systems
- Update client information and document progress in the business setup process

**Client Communication**:

- Communicate with clients to collect necessary information and clarify details related to document preparation
- Provide updates on the status of document processing and business setup procedure

**Confidentiality**
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client information and sensitive business documents

**Coordination**
- Collaborate with internal teams, including legal and administrative departments, to ensure smooth workflow
- Coordinate with external entities such as government offices and regulatory bodies

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Typist or similar role
- Familiarity with legal and business terminology.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation.
- Knowledge of UAE business setup procedures and government regulations is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
- Language: English, Urdu, and Arabic
- Pay Scale: Salary + Commission (based on performance)
- Should have his or has own visa

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fresher

**Salary**: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

License/Certification:

- Driving Lcence (required)
