Electrical Draftsman

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing all kinds of ELECTRICAL DRAWINGS & MEP COORDINATIONS.
- Preparing ELECTRICAL DRAWINGS like DESIGN DRAWINGS,SHOP DRAWINGS AS BUILT DRAWINGS & MEP COORDINATION DRAWINGS.
- Preparing ELECTRICAL DRAWINGS such as LIGHTING, POWER, AC.
- SINGLE LINE DIAGRAM, LOAD SCHEDULE, FIREALARM, EMERGENCY LIGHT AND LOW CURRENT SYSTEM DRAWINGS SUCH AS TELEPHONE, CCTV, SMATV, ACCESS CONTROL AND INTERCOM SYSTEM
- Preparation of LOAD SCHEDULE as per DUBAI (DEWA) and ABUDHABI (ADDC) standards.
- Preparing Sketches and details during the course of construction.
- Co-ordination, Comments compliance & revisions.
- Co-ordination with other utilities for finalizing the location & avoid conflicts.
- Prepared Setting-out details for site works.
- Preparation of ceiling layouts.
- Preparation of status drawing &progress drawing is a task.
- Preparation of combined utilities &services.
- Preparing all kinds of presentation drawing is a task.
