- Research new and old potential vendors.
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
- Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business.
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
- Resolve supply, quality, service, and invoicing issues with vendors.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Review the quality of purchased products.
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
- Maintain updated file records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.
- Can give updates about the progress of all the job in-hand projects' materials.
- Can read all the AutoCAD Drawings based on the Approved Designs.
- Can make a proper accurate BOQ based on the Approved drawings and Design for purchase.
- Maintain comparison sheets and records for the particular project for final project costs.
- Can prepare needed Submittals for the upcoming or ongoing projects.
- Can maintain proper filing for all products' prices.

AutoCAD Software's working knowledge is an additional advantage.
Salary can be decided upon Final Interview.
