- You will be expected to perform the following job duties as a Business Analyst for Renewables DG MEA:
- Gather and analyze all the market information, competitors’ information, and countries profiles along with a market share

analysis- Carry out large studies and analysis on solar distributed generation markets and products, on competitors and on countries

around the region MEA- Participate to the elaboration and report for MANCOM
- Suggest and support development strategies for the DG MEA
- Participate in the development of markets indicators
- Create and coordinates the CRM network across REN DG, Middle East, and Africa
- Guarantee the know-how of the CRM activity
- Centralizes and organizes BI related information: consultant data, external or internal studies, press releases, etc.
- Develops a strong transversal link with the other intra and inter BU departments. Prepare Top management and stakeholder presentations
- Build and maintain contact with industry experts for insight and data
- Work with senior management to ensure seamless set up of projects
- Assists with process design and modification for continuous business improvement
- Conducts analyses and prepares presentations that provide operational and/or technical support to strategic projects
- Conducts quantitative and qualitative research to support small to medium special projects
- Watch over potential M&A analysis (greenfield project, asset acquisition or equity injection for project development)

**Support**:

- Be the main contact of the organization for the questions of the Mancom related MEA Region
- Proactively organize the exchange of information between the hub and the headquarters
- Understands, analyzes, and explains the evolutions of the result
- Ensure the continuity of the business roadmap with the budget.
- Work on continuous improvement/simplification of processes notably via digitalization

**Context and environment**
- TotalEnergies Renewables DG is an extremely dynamic and innovative international environment which requires a proactive and flexible attitude coupled with the ability to anticipate and adapt to headquarters requests. The Business Analyst therefore needs excellent analytical and communication skills coupled with the ability to think quickly to balance competing priorities and execute appropriate solutions in coordination with managers in a fast-paced environment. The position requires one to act independently and proactively in completing tasks, and to demonstrate an ability to work in a time pressured environment to achieve deadlines. The job holder must be able to manage working relationships with peers and interact efficiently with managers and stakeholders.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in business or finance or technical profile; and experience of business analysis. - Completed bachelor’s degree. - CRM customization experience and integration with operation systems. - Proven delivery track record for full lifecycle implementations and understanding of business process re-engineering. - Experience in the documentation of user requirements and proven experience of turning this into working solutions. - Flexible, resilient, constructive, organized, and reliable.
