Acrylic Fabricator

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Acrylic Fabricator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the fabrication of various products and components using acrylic sheets, following precise specifications and maintaining the highest quality standards. You will work independently and collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient production and timely project completion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders to understand project requirements.
- Select appropriate tools and equipment for each project, including saws, drills, routers, lasers, and polishing machines.
- Cut, shape, bend, and polish acrylic sheets according to specifications, ensuring clean and accurate edges and finishes.
- Bond acrylic pieces using appropriate adhesives and techniques to create finished products.
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure all fabricated parts meet dimensional tolerances and aesthetic standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols and proper handling procedures for tools and materials.
- Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of fabrication equipment.
- May be involved in developing new fabrication techniques and improving production processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in acrylic fabrication or a related field.
- Strong understanding of working with various plastics and their properties.
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools for cutting, shaping, and finishing.
- Experience with adhesives and bonding techniques for acrylic materials is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
