Dubai, United Arab Emirates Nair System Full time

Nair Systems is currently looking for RPA Consultant for our UAE operations with the following terms & conditions.

Experience : : 2-3years

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in the financial services or investment management industry.
- Knowledge of agile software development methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing process automation solutions using RPA technologies (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks within specified timelines.
- Solid understanding of business analysis techniques and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Proficiency in Power Automate, including the ability to design and build workflows, connectors, and custom actions.
- Experience in developing user interfaces with a focus on user experience and utilizing Power Apps.
- Familiarity with Power BI for data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
- Excellent programming skills with knowledge of relevant programming languages and frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes for automation.
- Design, develop, and implement process automation solutions using RPA (Robotic Process Automation) technologies.
- Utilize project management skills to ensure successful planning, execution, and delivery of automation projects.
- Conduct business analysis to identify automation opportunities and recommend process improvements.
- Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows and connectors to integrate systems and automate tasks.
- Create user-friendly and intuitive user interfaces using UX design principles and Power Apps.
- Leverage Power BI to analyse and visualize data for process monitoring, reporting, and decision-making purposes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, software developers, and quality assurance testers, to ensure seamless integration and functionality of automation solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders during the development and implementation phases.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to process automation and recommend innovative solutions.

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
