Assistant Cook

Prepare, cook, and present traditional and contemporary Arabic dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts.
- Ensure all food preparation is carried out in accordance with established recipes, portion sizes, cooking methods, and quality standards.
- Provide input on the creation of special dishes and promotions that highlight Arabic cuisine.
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Monitor and control food waste and ensure the efficient use of ingredients.
- Ensure that all dishes leaving the kitchen meet quality and presentation standards.
- Assist in managing kitchen inventory, including ordering and stock rotation of Arabic spices, ingredients, and other culinary supplies.
- Work with the procurement team to source authentic and high-quality ingredients.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
