**Job Specification**:

- 5+ years of experience in professional software development.
- 3+ years of experience in developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics and Integrating with other platforms.
- Experience with Dynamics 365/CE
- At least 2 end-to-end full life cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Experience in working as part of a small to medium-sized development team.
- Experience in health insurance sector a plus.
- Experience and understanding with unit testing, release procedures, coding design and documentation protocol as well as change management procedures.
- Experience in consuming webservices (REST and SOAP) and related components.
- Proficient at writing SQL queries and verifying the results.

**Primary Skills**:

- Proficient in C# &.NET Frameworks
- Experience in Plug-in development using C# and.Net Framework
- Knowledge on power platforms
- Good experience and knowledge on: Initial setup and configuration of Dynamics CRM, Configure of Auditing, Comprehensive Security model, Dynamics 365 model including custom Entities, Fields and Relationships, Virtual Entities to integrate external data, Custom Forms, Quick Views, Card Forms, Views, customizing the Web, UCI and Outlook interfaces, System Charts, Dashboards and Interactive Experience Dashboards, Workflow, Business Process Flows and Custom Actions

**Secondary Skills**:

- Good knowledge about contemporary web service technology (SOAP, WSDL, XSD,REST)
