job description:

- Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and construction plans to ensure that the fitouts are installed according to the specifications.
- Supervising and coordinating the work of construction crews, subcontractors, and other workers involved in the fitout installation process.
- Scheduling and coordinating the delivery of materials, equipment, and tools required for the fitout installation.
- Ensuring that work is performed safely and in compliance with building codes, regulations, and health and safety policies.
- Monitoring work progress to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Communicating with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to report on progress and address any issues that arise.
- Conducting regular site inspections to ensure that work is being carried out in accordance with the plans and specifications.
- Maintaining accurate records of work completed, materials used, and labour hours worked.
- Identifying and addressing any problems or issues that arise during the fitout installation process.
- Participating in meetings with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to discuss project requirements and provide updates on progress.

**Salary**: From AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

License/Certification:

- UAE driving license (required)
