**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base in the events industry.
- Identify and prospect potential clients, including event planners, corporate clients, wedding planners, and other stakeholders in the events sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions to meet their furniture rental requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, presentations, and sales collateral to support sales efforts.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our furniture rental offerings and highlight the benefits to potential clients.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and pricing to secure agreements.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery, setup, and pickup of rental furniture for events, meeting client expectations and deadlines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' offerings, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our brand and establish connections within the events community.
- Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts using CRM software, providing regular updates to management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales roles within the furniture rental industry, with a focus on event rentals.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships in the events sector.
- Strong understanding of the events industry, including knowledge of event planning processes, venues, and key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits effectively.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and secure long-term partnerships with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed, attending events and meetings with clients.

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
