Medical Sales Representative

As a Medical Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of aesthetic medical products and devices, including Botox, dermal fillers, and laser machines. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, medical practitioners, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and aesthetic clinics to drive sales and increase market share. You will be expected to possess in-depth knowledge of the products you represent and provide comprehensive information to clients to support their decision-making process.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Product Promotion and Sales**:
Promote and demonstrate the features and benefits of Botox, dermal fillers, and laser machines to prospective clients, physicians, and healthcare professionals.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets in the assigned territory.

Conduct product presentations, workshops, and training sessions for healthcare professionals and their staff.

**Relationship Building**:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in medical practices, aesthetic clinics, and hospitals.

Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Market Analysis**:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges in the market.

Provide feedback to the marketing to improve product offerings and marketing strategies.

**Compliance and Documentation**:
Ensure all interactions with healthcare professionals and clients comply with relevant industry regulations and ethical guidelines.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and product inventory.

**Training and Education**:
Stay up to date with the latest developments in the field of medical aesthetics, including new products and treatment techniques.

Continuously improve your knowledge and understanding of the products, medical procedures, and relevant medical literature.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a medical representative or sales representative in the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry, preferably in the aesthetic medicine field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey complex information.
- Familiarity with the medical aesthetics market and industry regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients and attend events.
- High ethical standards and a commitment to compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Driving license is required.

**Salary**: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
