**Responsibilities**:

- ** Prepare and cook Khaleeji dishes to the highest standard**
- Ensure all dishes are prepared in accordance with established recipes and specifications
- Ensure all dishes are presented in an attractive and appetizing manner
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and in good working order
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Monitor food stock and place orders with suppliers as needed
- Ensure all food safety regulations are followed

**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience as a Khaleeji cook**
- **Knowledge of traditional Khaleeji dishes and ingredients**
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Great attention to detail and creativity
- High school diploma; culinary school diploma is a plus
- Ability to work in a team
- Flexible schedule
