The Department of Legal Studies is part of the College of Humanities and Social Sciences which is an interdisciplinary college offering both graduate and undergraduate programs, including nationally-recognized Master’s in Legal and Judicial Studies. It is also responsible of teaching Major and Elective courses in commercial and business law.**The Opportunity**-
**Qualifications**
- A Ph.D. in Commercial Law, Business Law, or Private Law (a specialization in Commercial Law or Business Law would be advantageous).
- A proven record of excellence in baccalaureate-level teaching, with at least three years of experience as an Assistant Professor.
- An excellent record of teaching Commercial Law or Business Law in the English language.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
- Dedication to curricular innovation.
- A record of professional accomplishments, including peer-reviewed publications and/or presentations within the last three years.
- A commitment to a sustained research program and an interest in collaboration with other faculty members.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate web-based and/or digital technologies in the classroom.
- Willingness to provide service to the University and the College.
