**Company Description**

As a Retail Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of the company's showroom and coordinating various administrative tasks related to sales and overall business functions. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong blend of indoor sales expertise and administrative capabilities. You will be responsible for overseeing indoor sales activities in the company showroom while concurrently managing a spectrum of administrative functions. This includes handling sales orders, contributing to HR processes, ensuring overall administrative efficiency, and updating company policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for liaising with the sales team to collect and update system data and reports.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1- Indoor Sales**
- Engage with customers in the showroom, providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, offering information and assistance in product selection.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

**2- Sales Orders Management**:

- Receive and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to expedite order fulfillment.
- Keep track of order status and communicate updates to customers.

**3- Administrative Duties**:

- Generate reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics.
- Handle HR-related tasks, including new employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and facilitating employee-related processes.
- Update and maintain company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Support procurement activities, liaising with suppliers and managing purchase orders.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely product deliveries.

**4- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**:

- Maintain customer databases and update records regularly.
- Address customer concerns and issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Send clients newsletters in coordination with the Marketing Agencies to ensure targeted and effective communication.

**5- Multifunctional Support**:

- Assist in various administrative tasks such as document preparation, filing, and general office management.
- Collaborate with different departments to streamline workflows and enhance overall operational efficiency.

**6- Sales Team Coordination**:

- Follow up with sales staff to collect timely reports and update relevant systems.
- Foster open communication with the sales team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in retail sales and administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using office software and relevant tools.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.

**Education and Experience**:

- University Degree is required; additional qualifications in business administration or a related field are a plus.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or administrative roles is beneficial.

Pay: AED8,000.00 per month
