Daily duties may include the following activities:

- Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
- Responsible for generating revenue in equipment rental sales.
- Make cold calls for new business leads and keep prospective client databases updated.
- Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential market.
- Customer and site visits on regular basis for further developments and leads.
- Developing quotes, business proposals and negotiating as per business and customer requirements.
- Follow company guidelines, procedures for the acquisition of customers and finalizing deals.
- Liaison between customer and organization’s internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Handling key accounts for rentals.
- Provide customer support and handle communications effectively.
- Manage and close customer businesses to achieve profitability.
- Ensure that customer requests are handled timely and accurately.
- Ensure to meet the KPI's assigned by the Management
- Follow up with the Invoices and payment settlement.

**Qualifications**
- 3-5 years UAE experience in heavy equipment rental sales.
- Proven track record of achieving targets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must Hold valid UAE light vehicle driving license
- Must have at least Bachelors degree

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Rental Sales Executive: 3 years (preferred)
- Heavy Equipment Rental Sales: 3 years (preferred)
