Restaurant Storekeeper

We are looking for an organized, restaurant experienced store keeper to be responsible for all stock, purchases, ordering and maintaining a well record for the store. You will be responsible for overseeing schedules, searching for required products, monitoring timelines, and must be able to multitask and perform under pressure while remaining professional with the staff.
- Ensure all the invoices are posted in the company’s system on daily basis.
- Generate LPO & Receive goods according to them.
- Work on cost cutting by comparing prices with different suppliers.
- Assist in receiving, storing, and issuing goods and materials. Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages to the inventory manager.
- Ensure proper filing of all related documents.
- Corporate with the kitchen team for any discrepancy in the supplier returns.
- Following up with accounts and invoicing data entry for hold orders.
