**Job Title: Sales Consultant - Immigration Services**

**Overview**:
As a Sales Consultant specializing in Immigration Services, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and revenue by promoting and selling immigration consulting services to potential clients. Your primary focus will be on identifying and engaging with individuals, families, employers, and organizations seeking immigration solutions, and guiding them through the process of selecting and utilizing our company's services to achieve their immigration goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Proactively identify and cultivate leads through various channels, including online inquiries, referrals, networking events, and partnerships with other organizations or service providers.
- **Client Consultation**: Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients to understand their immigration needs, assess eligibility, and recommend suitable immigration solutions based on their circumstances and objectives.
- **Sales Presentations**: Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations of our company's immigration services, highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions to persuade and convert prospects into clients.
- **Proposal Development**: Prepare customized proposals and service agreements tailored to the specific requirements and preferences of each client, outlining service offerings, pricing, and terms of engagement.
- **Relationship Building**: Cultivate strong relationships with clients through regular communication, follow-up, and personalized support, ensuring a positive client experience and fostering long-term loyalty and repeat business.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in immigration laws and regulations to effectively position our company's services and differentiate ourselves in the market.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, tracking leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM systems, and prioritizing activities to maximize conversion rates and achieve sales targets.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with other teams within the organization, such as immigration consultants, legal advisors, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services to clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in Sales or Immigration Consulting are a plus.
- Proven track record of success in sales or business development roles, preferably in the immigration services industry or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of immigration laws, visa categories, and procedures for various destination countries, with the ability to effectively communicate and explain complex concepts to clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly, listen actively to client needs, and articulate compelling value propositions.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets, coupled with strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to sales, with the ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
