**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Web Development**:

- Develop, optimize, and maintain websites using modern web technologies.
- Ensure websites are **mobile-friendly**, **responsive**, and **SEO-optimized**.
- Troubleshoot and debug website issues.

**Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**:

- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for **higher search rankings**.
- Implement **on-page and off-page SEO strategies** to drive organic traffic.
- Analyze website performance and SEO effectiveness using **Google Analytics and Search Console**.

**Google Analytics & Ad Specialist**:

- Set up and manage **Google Analytics** to track web traffic and user behavior.
- Develop and execute **Google Ads** and **social media ad campaigns** for targeted audiences.
- Optimize campaigns for **ROI and conversion** improvements.

**Digital Media & Marketing**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop **digital marketing strategies**.
- Create and manage **social media advertising** campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Utilize **data-driven insights** to optimize ad performance.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- **5+ years** of experience in web development, SEO, and digital advertising.
- Proficiency in **HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, and CMS platforms**.
- Strong knowledge of **SEO best practices, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console**.
- Experience with **Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC platforms**.
- Familiarity with **social media marketing and digital branding**.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, in-office environment in **Dubai**.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certifications in **Google Analytics, Google Ads, or SEO** (a plus).
- Knowledge of **graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) for social media creatives**.
