Will involve leading a team of technicians to successfully carry out duct cleaning services at the client sites adhering to safety and health standards. Working to remove obstacles that will hinder the work from happening efficiently and meeting customer satisfaction. Direct, coordinate, and inspect the work done to certify the quality of work. Taking good care of the company assets assigned to them and tracking them accordingly in the various jobs assigned to them.

Correct customer engagement during the interactions that will include inspections, work at the customer site, and final work handover. Work closely with the customer to prioritize their satisfaction through quality work done at their premises. Act and communicate professionally with the customer and go the extra mile to understand their reservations and requirements.

Every process can be done better, and the supervisor’s role will also include identifying various ways to do things more efficiently. This would include gathering customer feedback, team discussions, noting leakages, and seeking new ways to raise the performance bar. They should see themselves as stakeholders and company brand ambassadors and keep an eye out to note practices that we can integrate to make the brand stand out.

**Talent profile**:
1. Strong leadership skills, flexible attitude, and ability to be a self-starter. Experience in leading a team of technicians, 3-6 in size.

2. Hands-on experience with AC cleaning can do basic AC troubleshooting of different AC systems (Package units, FCUs, AHUs, etc..)

3. Awareness of general health, hygiene and safety laws and requirements

4. Must be presentable and neat.

5. Must speak and write English fluently.

6. Minimum experience 1-2 years
