Job Description:
As a Salon Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our salon to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and the achievement of business goals. You will be responsible for managing salon staff, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and fostering a positive and welcoming atmosphere for clients and team members alike.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of salon staff, including hairstylists, estheticians, nail technicians, and receptionists, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to salon team members, including training, mentoring, and performance management, to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Monitor and maintain salon cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards, including regular cleaning schedules and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Manage salon inventory, including ordering supplies, tracking product usage, and maintaining appropriate stock levels to support service delivery.
- Ensure that salon equipment and facilities are well-maintained and in good working condition, coordinating repairs and maintenance as needed.
- Oversee client scheduling and appointment bookings, optimizing staff utilization and minimizing downtime to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction while upholding salon policies and standards.
- Monitor and analyze salon performance metrics, such as service bookings, retail sales, and client satisfaction scores, to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with the salon manager or owner to develop and implement marketing initiatives, promotions, and special events to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and mutual respect among salon staff.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in salon management and customer service to continuously enhance the salon experience.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as payroll processing, staff scheduling, and budget management as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in a salon or similar beauty industry setting.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire salon staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of salon operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and client service protocols.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards in the beauty industry.
- Proficiency in salon software systems for appointment scheduling, inventory management, and reporting is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with clients, staff, and management.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate salon hours and client appointments.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and a commitment to providing an exceptional salon experience for clients and staff alike.

**Salary**: AED4,500.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
