Commercial Kitchen Designer

Position : Commercial Kitchen Equipment - Designer General Summary:

- Designing Kitchen, provide elevations, MEP and shop drawing s as per the approved design. Essential Job Functions:

- Develop and implement kitchen designs and kitchen equipment in accordance with company standards and UAE law
- Coordinate with design team including architectural, interior, electrical and plumbing designers - Draw kitchen/bar plans and elevations
- Coordinate electrical, plumbing and HVAC requirements
- Prepare shop drawings for equipment fabricated in-house
- Perform site visits and work closely with Support Services Team if needed
- Drawing and designing of kitchen layouts, elevations, sectional details, M/E drawings with all relevant information, recess drawings with all relevant information and all other drawing work necessary for the successful completion of kitchen design jobs
- Assistance in preparing tender documents such as tender drawings, equipment listings, specifications, manufacturer's leaflets, etc
- Site visits, attendance in site meetings, site measurements as and when required - Control of kitchen sub-contractors submission of documents, such as shop drawings, M/E drawings, as-built drawings, equipment specifications etc

Education and Experience:

- Associates or Bachelor Degree; or 2-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Proficiency with AutoCAD or other relevant design software
- Excellent Skill and knowledge in AutoCAD and above, AutoCAD Revit, Google Sketch-Up, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator & Microsoft Software's (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Ability to meet deadlines

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
