Job Purpose: Assist in the development and continual improvement of the Finance innovation Lab. Collaborate with Finance Teams, the internal Technology, Futures & Innovation teams, business stakeholders and external partners to identify, evaluate, and implement innovative financial solutions and technologies to benefit & optimize the financial operations.

Job Outline:

- Partner with the internal Technology, Futures & Innovation teams, business stakeholders and external partners to identify, evaluate, and implement innovative financial solutions and technologies to benefit and optimize financial operation.
- Assist conducting innovation workshops, training events, and presentations. Develop training and workshop materials for external and internal programs. Help organize and coordinate internal Finance and business forums for innovation.
- Help to build and maintain relationships with external partners to stay up to date with industry trends and innovations in finance.
- Assist in the development of the innovation brand, including the development or revamp of current communication channels.
- Work closely with the projects team (Finance Data Team, Finance Application Team, IT, etc) on developing and executing innovation projects.
- Conduct research on innovation ecosystem and contribute to potential projects for stakeholders.
- Develop Process Automation, oversee projects delivery and encourage self-service in tools such as power apps, and dashboards.
- Update the finance stakeholders on the progress of the projects, collaborate with the different teams on generating ideas and implement change management.
- Enhance innovation culture by staying in sync with the broader innovation teams in the EK Group (Technology, Futures & Innovation), discussing projects and initiatives, and sharing best practices and learnings.

Qualifications & Experience: 12 Years schooling or equivalent

Consideration will be given to degree holders who hold a minimum of 2+ years relevant experience.

Proven experience in software development, with an emphasis on Microsoft technologies.

**Knowledge/skills**:

- Technical proficiency in Microsoft tools such as Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Agents, etc.) and a have a good understanding of various automation tools.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to deliver engaging presentations and demos that effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Be creative and innovative with the ability to see alternatives and solutions 'thinking outside the box.
- Demonstrated ability to design user interfaces and user experiences in tools like Canva, using best practices of visual design and usability.
- Understanding of future trends and technologies like AI (Artificial Intelligence) / Gen AI/ Blockchain would be an advantage.
