**Job Summary**:As an Outdoor Sales Representative for our seafood order mobile app, your primary responsibility will be to identify and acquire new vendors to register with our platform. You will play a crucial role in expanding our vendor network, building strong relationships with seafood suppliers, and driving the growth of our app's user base. This position requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential seafood vendors, including fish markets, seafood restaurants, wholesalers, and suppliers.
- Conduct in-person visits and presentations to showcase the benefits of registering with our seafood order mobile app.
- Communicate effectively with vendors to understand their needs and address any concerns or questions they may have.
- Actively negotiate and finalize agreements with vendors, ensuring their successful onboarding onto our platform.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for increasing vendor registrations.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to vendors throughout the onboarding process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the food industry or technology sector.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with seafood industry practices, suppliers, and market dynamics is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the designated sales territory.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
