- rovide administrative support to one or more lawyers P
- roduce information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and where needed, graphics A
- ssist associates with processing, amending, and proofreading legal documents and in some cases, courtroom procedures P
- articipate in the billing process by preparing invoices, reimbursable expenses and tracking client payments and billing queries with finance M
- aintains lawyer’s calendars by planning and scheduling conferences, teleconferences, meetings, and making travel arrangements F
- ile, organize, scan, copy and fax legal documents promptly S
- dhere to the Firm’s policies and procedures R

**equirements 5**
- + years of secretarial experience with a professional services company F
- amiliarity with legal documents and terminology E
- xcellent knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook) E
- xperience with legal technology (document management systems, transcription software, dictaphone, etc) S
- uperior written and oral communication skills in English A
- bility to work with a team of lawyers and other colleagues O
- utstanding time-management and accurate typing skills C
- apability to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines S
- trong interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships with senior executives G
- ood problem-solving and decision-making skills E
