Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute high-quality dishes in both the pastry and hot sections, ensuring consistency and presentation align with our café standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new dishes and refine recipes.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Manage inventory, track ingredients, and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in both pastry and hot kitchen sections.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles.
- Excellent communication skills to work seamlessly with the kitchen and service staff.
- Willingness to relocate to Khorfakkan.
- A passion for food and creativity in menu ideas.
