**Job Title**: Chef de Partie (High-End Hotel Experience)

**Location**: Dubai, UAE

**Salary Range**: 3000 AED to 4500 AED per month

**Responsibilities**:

- **Food Preparation**: Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the established recipes and standards of the hotel.
- **Station Management**: Oversee a specific section of the kitchen, such as pastry, grill, or sauces, ensuring all food items are prepared efficiently and to the required standards.
- **Team Coordination**: Work closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to coordinate kitchen activities, ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery of meals.
- **Quality Control**: Maintain strict adherence to hygiene and sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- **Training and Development**: Assist in the training and development of junior kitchen staff, providing guidance on culinary techniques and best practices.
- **Menu Development**: Contribute to menu planning and development, suggesting innovative and creative ideas to enhance the dining experience for our guests.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
- **Customer Service**: Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and address any guest concerns or special requests promptly.

**Requirements**:

- **Culinary Qualifications**: Diploma or degree in culinary arts or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end hotel or fine dining restaurant environment.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in a wide range of cooking techniques and cuisines, with a strong focus on quality and presentation.
- **Leadership Abilities**: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve culinary excellence.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with kitchen staff and other departments.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the demands of the hospitality industry.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
- **Knowledge of Dubai Food Scene**: Familiarity with local and international culinary trends, particularly within the Dubai hospitality industry, is an advantage.
