Monitor students' academic progress and provide support or interventions when necessary.
- Assist students in developing skills such as time management, study techniques, and test-taking strategies.
- Conduct workshops or group sessions on mental health, stress management, and conflict resolution.
- Work closely with teachers and parents to identify students who may need additional academic or emotional support.
- Attend parent-teacher meetings to discuss students’ progress and challenges.
- Develop and implement programs aimed at academic improvement, personal growth, and career exploration for students.
- Maintain a positive and productive learning environment that promotes student participation and respect.
- Assess students' progress through tests, quizzes, assignments, and other evaluation tools.
- Provide feedback and support to students, helping them to improve their performance.
- Maintain regular communication with parents, updating them on their child's academic and social progress.
- Conduct parent-teacher conferences and provide recommendations for supporting learning at home.
