The Plumbing Foreman plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing plumbing activities within the construction site. This role requires extensive experience in the **construction MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) field, **particularly in plumbing systems installation and maintenance. The Plumbing Foreman is responsible for coordinating with the project manager, leading a team of plumbers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining project timelines.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the project manager to understand project requirements, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Develop work schedules and allocate resources efficiently to meet project deadlines.
- Coordinate with other trades, such as electrical and HVAC, to ensure seamless integration of plumbing systems.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Supervise and lead a team of plumbers and apprentices, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct regular meetings to communicate project goals, safety protocols, and work assignments.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
- **Installation and Maintenance**:

- Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems, including piping, fixtures, and appliances.
- Ensure that all work meets industry standards and complies with local building codes and regulations.
- Conduct quality inspections to identify and resolve any issues or deficiencies in the plumbing systems.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Enforce safety protocols and procedures to minimize the risk of accidents and injuries on the construction site.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and provide training on proper safety practices to all team members.
- Investigate and report any safety incidents or violations, taking corrective action as necessary.
- **Material Management**:

- Manage inventory levels and procurement of plumbing materials, tools, and equipment.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
- Monitor material usage and minimize waste to control project costs effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
