**Job Title**: Electrical/ELV Helper**Job Summary**:
The Electrical/ELV Helper is responsible for assisting electricians, technicians, and engineers in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems such as fire alarms, CCTV, access control, public address systems, and structured cabling. The role requires basic technical knowledge, physical capability, and a willingness to learn on the job.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Installation Assistance**:

- Assist in installing electrical and ELV systems, including cabling, conduits, and devices.
- Prepare tools, materials, and equipment required for installations.
- **Maintenance and Repairs**:

- Support the maintenance team in troubleshooting and repairing electrical and ELV systems.
- Follow instructions to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
- **Cabling and Wiring**:

- Lay cables, terminate connections, and assist in testing for continuity and faults.
- Ensure proper labeling and routing of cables as per project specifications.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Follow all safety protocols, including wearing protective gear and adhering to worksite guidelines.
- Keep the work area clean and free of hazards.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Assist in maintaining records of installed systems and components.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.
- **Team Support**:

- Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient work progress.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic technical or vocational training is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in electrical or ELV work is preferred but not mandatory.

- **Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of electrical and ELV systems.
- Familiarity with hand tools and basic power tools.
