Electrical Foreman

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate electrical installation and maintenance activities on construction sites.
- Plan and schedule electrical installation and maintenance activities to meet project timelines.
- Coordinate with other trades and contractors to ensure efficient and effective execution of electrical work.
- Conduct site inspections to assess project conditions and identify potential issues.
- Train and mentor junior electrical technicians and apprentices.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and standards related to electrical installation and maintenance.
- Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
- Manage materials and equipment inventory to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 7 years of experience working as an Electrical Foreman in the GCC or UAE.
- Strong technical background in electrical installation and maintenance principles and practices.
- Familiarity with local regulations and standards related to electrical design and construction.
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical drawings.
- Valid UAE driving license.

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
