**How to Apply**:
**Job Summary**:
We need a detail-oriented Parts Purchaser to manage parts acquisition, optimize inventory, and handle supplier relationships. Key skills include negotiation, supply chain knowledge, and vendor management. Experience in selling parts is a plus.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Supplier Management**: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilities. Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and establish new partnerships as needed.
- **Order Management**: Place purchase orders for parts and components in a timely manner. Monitor and track order status to ensure timely delivery and resolve any discrepancies or delays.
- **Cost Management**: Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings. Analyze market trends and supplier pricing to make informed purchasing decisions.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure that purchased parts meet quality standards and specifications.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of all purchases, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts. Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, inventory levels, and supplier performance.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that all purchasing activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. Stay informed about industry regulations and best practices.
- **Process Improvement**: Continuously seek opportunities to improve purchasing processes and efficiency. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance procurement operations.
- **Vendor Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors. Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms. Resolve any issues related to vendor performance or disputes.
- **Selling of Parts**: Engage in the selling of parts to customers, including negotiating terms and providing excellent customer service. Develop strategies to promote parts and increase sales.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Professional in Supply Management) are a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of UAE experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in an industry-related field.
- Experience in vendor management and selling of parts is essential.
