**Responsibilities**
- Conduct daily client outreach and maintain open lines of communication through phone calls, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and building strong client relationships.
- Follow up consistently with potential and existing clients to gauge interest, answer questions, and provide relevant information, fostering a high level of client engagement.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, property viewings, and appointments between clients and our sales team, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and time management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client databases, recording interactions, communications, and key details to facilitate effective client management.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to share insights, updates, and client feedback, contributing to a cohesive and informed approach to client interactions.

**Qualifications**
- **3 - 6 MONTHS proven experience** in customer service, sales support, or a related field, preferably within the real estate industry in UAE.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a personable and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Knowledge of real estate processes and terminology is a plus.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to contribute beyond core responsibilities when needed.

Starting Salary : AED 3000

Joining availability : Immediate Basis
