**Location : Ajman**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation and Outreach**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients, including students, parents, and educational institutions.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities by understanding client needs and matching them with suitable educational programs.
- **Sales and Customer Service**:

- Present and promote educational programs and services to potential clients.
- Address inquiries, provide detailed information, and offer solutions to clients' concerns.
- Persuade and convince potential clients to enroll in educational programs, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Handle objections effectively and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide ongoing support to enrolled students and their families, ensuring a smooth and positive educational experience.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients, including call logs, sales records, and follow-up actions.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- **Collaboration and Teamwork**:

- Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and academic staff to ensure alignment on sales strategies and program offerings.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss sales performance, share best practices, and contribute to team goals.

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum 2 years experience telesales, telemarketing, or customer service, preferably in the education industry.**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
- Persuasive and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
