Position: Drama Teacher
Contract Type: Full-time
**Requirements**:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a class teacher, preferably in Drama or Performing Arts
Experience with an American Curriculum
The teacher should be a native-level English speaker, or if non-native, have an IELTS score of 8.0. Other requirements include experience working with non-native English speakers, a passion for teaching, involvement in extracurricular activities, and a clean enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services check or police check.
Previous experience working with students for whom English is not their first language
Strong knowledge of drama techniques, stagecraft, and theatrical production
Ability to create engaging lesson plans and foster creativity in students
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Enthusiasm for working with students and a passion for the performing arts
**Responsibilities**:
Delivering high-quality Drama instruction to students
Designing and implementing dynamic and interactive lesson plans
Encouraging creativity, self-expression, and teamwork among students
Organizing and directing school productions and performances
Assessing and providing constructive feedback on student progress
Collaborating with fellow teachers and staff to integrate drama into cross-curricular activities
Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills
