We are actively looking for "Experienced Real Estate Agent/Property Consultant" to join our team. This role involves actively participating in the brokerage's operations, collaborating with team members, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the transaction process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Consultation**: Meet with clients to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and financial objectives. Offer personalized advice and recommendations tailored to their requirements.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct thorough market research to assess property values, rental rates, and market trends. Stay updated on local, regional, and national real estate dynamics to provide informed guidance to clients.
- **Property Listings**: Create comprehensive property listings and marketing materials to showcase available properties. Utilize various platforms such as websites, MLS (Multiple Listing Service), and social media to reach potential buyers or tenants.
- **Client Representation**: Act as a representative for clients during negotiations with buyers, sellers, landlords, or tenants. Advocate for clients' interests and ensure favorable terms and conditions in transactions.
- **Transaction Management**: Facilitate the entire transaction process, including property showings, offers, counteroffers, and contract negotiations. Coordinate with attorneys, lenders, inspectors, and other professionals to ensure a smooth closing process.
- **Financial Analysis**: Assist clients in evaluating investment opportunities by analyzing potential returns, cash flow projections, and risk factors. Provide guidance on financing options, mortgage products, and tax implications.
- **Due Diligence**: Conduct due diligence on properties, including property inspections, title searches, and legal documentation review. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements before closing transactions.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, timely communication, and ongoing support. Follow up with clients even after transactions are completed to nurture long-term partnerships.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with other real estate agents, brokers, and support staff within the brokerage to leverage resources, share market insights, and optimize business opportunities.
- **Professional Development**: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and legal regulations related to real estate brokerage. Pursue continuing education and professional certifications to enhance knowledge and skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Has a real estate license or certification as required by local regulations.(preferred)
- Proven experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or property management.(required)
- Strong knowledge of local real estate markets, property laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in real estate software, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools, and MS Office suite.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
